Malaysia being one of major exporter of wood products in Asia. In order for our company to compete in this competing market, our company make sure our wood products are in high quality and sourced from well managed forests.

The company has obtained both the Certificate of Compliance from Global Forestry Services Inc. Wood Tracking Program and PEFC (Certificate For Chain-Of-Custody) to ensure its purchase of timber are from forest or plantation of legal origin.

Malaysian Timber Certification Council (MTCC) started operation in January 1999 as an independent organisation to develop and operate the Malaysian Timber Certification Scheme (MTCS).  As a voluntary national scheme, the MTCS provides for independent assessment of forest management practices and audit of timber product manufacturers or exporters to ascertain that the timber products manufactured or exported are sourced from sustainably managed forests. This is to ensure the sustainable management of Malaysia’s natural forest and forest plantations, as well as to meet the demand for certified timber products. The audits are conducted by independent certification body (CB) notified under the MTCS.
